I work with professionals at strategic turning points - when the next chapter is not obvious and staying put no longer feels right.

Career Redesign
You’re doing well by most external measure, but internally, something no longer fits. What worked earlier in your career feels misaligned now, and the next step is not yet obvious.
I work with professionals at these moments of transition: when ambition, personal constraints, and long-term direction start pulling in different directions. The work is not about quick decisions or optimisation, but about slowing down, creating clarity, and redesigning your career with intention.
This work is for you if:
- Your career looks successful, but feels misaligned or draining
- You sense a need for change, but don’t yet know in what direction
- Competing priorities (work, family, identity) make decisions harder
- You want your career and life to work together, not constantly compete
What we work on:
- Clarifying values, strengths, and what success means now
- Understanding the forces shaping your decisions
- Exploring future directions without rushing to choose
- Rebuilding confidence and self-trust in decision-making

Portfolio Career Design
A portfolio career is not about collecting projects - it is about designing a sustainable way of working that reflects your skills, interests, and life.
I work with professionals who do not want “the next job”, but a more intentional structure: combining roles, projects, advisory work, creative or entrepreneurial paths into something sustainable and aligned.
This work draws on my own experience across banking, entrepreneurship, venture capital, and independent work, with a focus on your design.
This work is for you if:
- You are ready to move beyond a single full-time role
- You have multiple interests or ideas, but no clear structure yet
- You want more autonomy, variety, or ownership
- You are thinking long-term, not just about the next move
What we work on:
. Mapping skills, interests, and values into a portfolio model
- Exploring viable ways of working and earning
- Designing a realistic transition plan from where you are now
- Working on letting go of what and how it should be, and instead discovering who you are today and want to become
