My approach is highly personalized to your specific situation. Sometimes we're mapping your next move. Sometimes we're working through the patterns and beliefs keeping you stuck. Sometimes we're building the strategy for something new. I bring what's needed - investor lens, entrepreneurship, four major life and career transitions of my own - and work with whatever the moment calls for.

I'm somewhat old school about it: no AI, no software. Notes are handwritten and personally interpreted after every session, with insights and suggestions built in.
