Every session looks different because every client is different. Some weeks it's mapping the next concrete move; other times it is untangling a belief that has been running the show for the past twenty years. I bring what I have: an investor's eye, my own four career reinventions, entrepreneurship - and use whatever the moment actually needs.

No AI, I am somewhat old school: handwritten notes, personally interpreted after every session, with my own insights and suggestions folded in.

Private Sparring Partnership
